Cherry Pie

Too many cooks! (Or too many people buying cherries). With a refrigerator filled with three bags of cherries, it was time to break out the cherry pitter and whip up a fresh pie. Normally sweet cherries aren't used in pie fillings, but it wasn't actually a problem. A simple flaky crust made with butter, par baked and topped with the sweet cherry filling.
